The Carbon County Commissioners are looking to adopt 41 pages of new policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the road and bridge department.

The changes are meant to ensure consistent management, construction and maintenance on the county-owned and operated transportation system. They cover everything from cattle guards and mail boxes to rights-of-way and oversize loads. A public comment period is now open. Cali O’Hare has more.
