In an update to a story Bigfoot 99 has been following, representatives from 307 Horse Racing, the company providing off-track betting on live and historical equestrian events, have requested a special use permit from the City of Rawlins to open their newest location on Cedar Street.

In March, they requested and received permission from the Board of Carbon County Commissioners. The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission will take up the matter tonight and make a formal recommendation to the City Council about whether or not to approve the new business. Cali O’Hare has the latest in this story and how you can weigh in on the conversation.
