Rawlins Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending the approval of a temporary special use permit for the operation of a retail liquor store in an industrial zone. The commission found itself in a difficult position after the Rawlins City Council on March 16th granted a liquor license to an establishment in the heart of the industrial zone. Cali O’Hare has more from last week’s Planning and Zoning meeting.
