Rawlins announces 2020 street work plan, including $1.2 million in improvements

The City of Rawlins announced last Thursday its street work plan for the 2020 construction season. Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare sat down with Danielle Gross, Public Works Operations Manager, to discuss the numerous upcoming projects.
