Rawlins City Council took action last week to catch up with changes made to state law in 2015 easing up regulations requiring front license plates on all vehicles, whether one could be attached or not.

The so-called mustache plate is still required for most vehicles in Wyoming. However, state lawmakers allowed exceptions, including for vehicles manufactured without a front bracket or other ways to display a front plate. Cali O’Hare has the story.
