Before deciding how and which budgets should be cut next fiscal year, the new Rawlins City Council will meet with the department heads and more than a dozen non-profits in the coming weeks. The budget needs to be near-finalized by late April before formal reading in May. Cali O’Hare reports the schedule so far.
