In Rawlins, residents will have an opportunity to hear options for the future of the landfill during tonight’s city council work session.

Members of the Public Works Department will present a history of projects and phased closures at the site, as well as how the landfill will need to change because of state regulations. Cali O’Hare previews tonight’s discussion.
