The Rawlins City Council is holding a public hearing with plans to take action tomorrow on Liquor License #93, currently held by Cappy’s. The governing body, which is the local licensing authority, received notice from the Wyoming Liquor Division that a sales tax hold was placed on Cappy’s due to failure to pay back taxes. Cali O’Hare has a preview of tomorrow’s meeting.
