In an update to a story Bigfoot 99 has been following, members of the Rawlins Urban Systems Committee spent 20 minutes discussing the yield sign on Washington Street, but for the second consecutive meeting, took no action. The sign is legally unenforceable. In March, the governing body directed the committee to take the matter, but it forgot to list the item on its April agenda. Meanwhile, the non-regulation sign continues to cause confusion at the underpass. Cali O’Hare has an update.
