Rawlins Cooperative High School is rebranding and will be known as Victory High School in the upcoming academic year. As part of the process, the school will trade its cougar mascot for a phoenix, and the campus is undergoing a remodel.

Cali O’Hare spoke with the school’s Principal, Dr. Travis Moore, and filed this report.
