Both trash haulers in Rawlins say they have now outfitted all of their commercial bins with locking bars to ensure they stay closed.

Last month, the city council voted to renew the licenses of both haulers, Wyoming Waste and Dirty Boyz, although neither was in compliance with the ordinance designed to cut down on trash blowing around the city. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
