The City of Rawlins is preparing to welcome winter with the hanging of its seasonal decorations from the nearly 40 light poles in the downtown area. The Rawlins Downtown Development Authority, which is spearheading the project, is seeking volunteers to help re-string some of the light-up snowflakes, which were donated by the Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company.
