The Wyoming Chapter of the International Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials has recognized the Rawlins Dispatch as the finest in the state. Rawlins boasts the Dispatch Team of the Year, as well as the individual Dispatcher of the Year. Cali O’Hare sat down with the division’s supervisor and has the story.
