The Rawlins origin story began with a “a drink of good, cold water” scooped from a springs 157 years ago.

Now, more than a century and a half later, the city won the title of “Best Drinking Water in the State of Wyoming.”

The award means Rawlins will now compete for “Best Drinking Water in the Country” later this year at the nation’s capital. Cali O’Hare has the story.
