Hoping to attract more applicants and streamline the hiring process, the Rawlins City Council authorized the purchase of specialized software to be used by the Human Resources Department. The municipality’s finance director says savings from unused cell phones will easily offset the one-time start up cost associated with the software. Cali O’Hare has more.
