A 50-year old Rawlins man accused of selling an “eight ball” of methamphetamine to an informant during a buy controlled by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation was arrested last week. Daniel Ray Ochoa is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond. Cali O’Hare has more.
