The City of Rawlins and Memorial Hospital of Carbon County have signed an agreement outlining whose ambulance will respond to an emergency, the hospital or the fire department.

The MOU sets the rates for how much the hospital will reimburse the city when the fire department makes the run. Cali O’Hare reports.
