The Rawlins City Council continues meeting in work sessions to review and cleanup language found throughout municipal code that, for whatever reason, no longer makes sense to keep on the books. The latest proposed changes are to the portion of the code setting forth the rules and regulations for hauling trash to the landfill. Cali O’Hare takes a look.
