A freshman Rawlins City Councilor introduced the topic of term limits at Tuesday’s regularly scheduled meeting. The discussion revealed an interesting split between those members of the governing body with a lengthy tenure and those who are relatively new to local government. Rawlins would have to pursue a charter ordinance to set term limits. Cali O’Hare reports.
