A special meeting of the Rawlins City Council is set for tomorrow to discuss remote participation by the governing body as well as whether or not to waive a portion of the municipal code related to the sale of alcohol outside of a dispensing room.

The current city code requires all orders, pickup and delivery to be within forty feet of the dispensing room. The resolution up for a vote tomorrow would suspend those requirements during this unprecedented time. Cali O’Hare has more.
