The Rawlins City Council authorized the 2021 Free Dump Days as part of the city’s annual cleanup campaign. Keeping in line with its newly adopted strategic plan, the municipality is adding to this year’s event. During the first week in June, Rawlins residents may bring all construction and demolition – or C&D waste to the municipal landfill, free of charge. Last year, more than 1,600 residents took advantage of the opportunity to clear over 480 tons of C&D waste from their properties. Cali O’Hare reports on plans for 2021.
