After 11 weeks on the job in Rawlins, Public Works Director Mark Carney resigned his position Tuesday. The resignation was effective immediately.

Carney, who accomplished a lot in short order, told Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare that his decision to leave had nothing to do with the city’s leadership. Here’s her report.
