Rawlins public works urges residents to take steps to prevent frozen pipes

The sub-zero temperatures over the weekend froze numerous pipes and plumbing in Rawlins.

With more cold days ahead, the city’s department of public works reminds residents that you can take steps to prevent frozen and broken pipes. Cali O’Hare has the story.
