In Rawlins, residents should expect a substantial increase in their monthly utility bill to offset an anticipated $88,000 deficit for the municipal recycling center.

The governing body will make the final decision, with the first of three readings of the ordinance scheduled for its June 21st meeting. If approved, it will be the first time that the city has raised the recycling rates. Cali O’Hare reports.
