The City of Rawlins has submitted to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality a renewal permit application for the construction and demolition pit at the municipal landfill.
A public comment period opened Wednesday, in accordance with the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act and Chapter 1 of the Solid Waste Rules and Regulations. Cali O’Hare has more.
