Carbon Power and Light will conduct a scheduled two-hour power outage Monday night from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
Carbon Power and Light customers in Saratoga, Encampment and Ryan Park will be affected by the outage. The utility says the planned outage will allow crews to perform connection improvements at a mobile substation.
