In Rawlins, police intervened to stop a suicidal man who apparently had stabbed himself in the chest outside a bar in the downtown business district Tuesday morning.

The convergence of police cars and ambulances on the scene outside the Rifleman resulted in a roadblock on that section of 4th Street for a time. Cali O’Hare reports.
