The Salvation Army in Rawlins raised a record-breaking amount of money during the Christmas season last year. By the end of November, however, it was all used to help about 150 local residents pay rent or utilities.

Now, organizers are struggling to recruit volunteers to ring the bells at storefronts in Rawlins this Christmas. Cali O’Hare has the story.
