The Saratoga Town Council approved transfers into WyoStar reserve accounts for enterprise funds on Wednesday.
The governing body was also presented with a transfer from WyoStar into the water fund to pay for a loan on a prior project. Council directed the town treasurer to reverse that transaction and present documentation at their next meeting.
