The Saratoga Carbon County Impact Joint Powers Board took a hard look at the town’s delinquent water and sewer accounts. Some Residents are behind their bills. To avoid raising water rates on users who do pay, the board wants the town to enforce the ordinance on collecting payments. Emma Diercks has the story.
