The Shively Field airport entrance road project came before the Saratoga Town Council again this week. After twice receiving bids higher than estimates, the engineer on the project has divided the project into numerous schedules. The governing body requests the airport board review the schedules and bring their recommendations rather than having the council research the best path forward.
