The pattern of 4-to-1 votes continued at Saratoga Town Council Tuesday, although this time not on a budget issue.
Councilman Bob Keel proposed having departments and boards provide reports on the Monday before Tuesday council meetings to help speed up discussions. Not everybody was on board with the idea. Emma Diercks reports.
