Once the Town of Saratoga finishes reworking the ordinances on collecting delinquent water accounts to remove confusing and conflicting language, the water and sewer board wants to revise the sewer rate structure. One of the changes include reclassifying RV parks as commercial, similar to motels. Emma Diercks has the details.
