SCWEMS asking Town of Saratoga for employee health insurance

The South Central Wyoming EMS Joint Powers Board is looking to the Town of Saratoga to provide health insurance to its employees. The board would reimburse the municipality. The Saratoga Town Council wishes to review the proposal before committing to the request.
