The alleged shooter in the death of a Nebraska juvenile whose body was dumped in Carbon County was arraigned in District Court yesterday.

Like his co-defendant did last week, the teenage murder suspect pleaded not guilty to the charges. His attorney argued for a bond reduction, which the judge denied on the basis that the 17-year-old is a danger to the community, and a flight risk.

Cali O’Hare was inside the courtroom and filed this update.
