The public will have two chances to tour Saratoga’s new hospital this month.
The “Sneak Peek” tours of the North Platte Valley Medical Center are being offered 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, and again on Wednesday, March 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The free tours will be conducted at 15-minute intervals. Registration is required. You can sign up on line at NPVMC.org/SneakPeek. You can also register, in person, at the Saratoga Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce office. Any remaining openings will be available for walk-ins at the hospital during tour hours. Members of the NPVHP Board and the hospital staff will also be available to answer questions during the tours.
The tour will visit the emergency room, clinic, lab, extended care wing, ambulance bay, therapy facilities and other areas the public rarely sees once the hospital is fully operational. Although opening day is yet to be determined, a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community celebration are being planned.
