In Rawlins, the grand opening of the splash pad has been postponed until sometime in August. The ribbon cutting was scheduled for next weekend’s Summerfest, but the delay in delivery of a precast bathroom forced the postponement. Blame it on the post-COVID supply chain breakdown impacting just about every business sector. Cali O’Hare has more.
