All school districts plan to administer the statewide assessment WY-TOPP, however, the Wyoming Department of Education is asking for a federal waiver from having scores calculated into accountability measures.

Online learning hampered progress on meeting goals in some districts, and the state wants to determine the impacts of shutting down in-person learning. Emma Diercks has the story.
