Resident calls for dismissal of Rawlins police officer
In Rawlins, officials have stayed silent since a judge ruled in May that city must pay over $900,000 to the family of an unarmed man shot and killed by police.
Citizens are starting to speak out, though. Statements made during the public comment period of Tuesday’s City Council meeting mark the second time a citizen has publicly called for the dismissal of Rawlins Police Sergeant Jared Frakes. Cali O’Hare was at the meetings and filed this report.
