Ice rink coming to Rawlins

Strapping on a pair of ice skates and carving figure-eights may become a new favorite activity for many in Carbon County this winter.

An ice skating rink is coming to Rawlins thanks to a partnership with the City of Cheyenne.

Accounting firm reviews Saratoga audit

In Saratoga, a third party accounting firm offered the town council recommendations to resolve findings issued in the 2017 to 2018 audit.

Council hired Cheyenne-based Childress Accounting and Consulting to review the audit conducted by another firm.

Sheriff’s deputies promoted

Three Carbon County Sheriff’s Deputies were promoted during pinning ceremonies held Tuesday.

In an interview with Bigfoot 99 afterward, Sheriff Archie Roybal said he selected the deputies because of their knowledge and experience.
