The developer and land owner behind the proposed apartment complex at Tin Can Hill finally sat down recently with city officials in Rawlins to discuss the future of the property. Rawlins plans to build a community fishing pond and a storm water retention pond to the west of the complex. Construction of the public ponds and private apartments are tightly connected. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
