Rerucha honored with lifetime achievement award

Carbon County Prosecutor Cal Rerucha has been honored with the Wyoming Prosecution Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his 32 years of work in the courtroom. Rerucha’s staff presented the award to their boss Friday afternoon during their weekly meeting. Emma Diercks has the story.

 

 

Rawlins officials review changes to water and sewer fees

Rawlins City Council will revisit a potential change to water and sewer fees during a work session set for later this week. City administrators have debated a sewer fee increase for more than a year, and on Thursday the council is expected to pick up the talks where they left off in May. Cali O’Hare takes a look.

Snow dusts Carbon County, more on the way

Some areas throughout Carbon County saw snow sticking to the ground Monday, and more is on the way. The Town of Saratoga saw its first coat late Monday afternoon, and the public works department is preparing for winter. Emma Diercks has the story.

 

 

Sports: WHSAA holds first board meeting of the school year

The Wyoming High School Activities Association Board of Directors held their first fall meeting and discussed proposals to shorten up state tournaments among other topics. Joey Saverine has the story.
