Committee reviews quotes for Rawlins splash pad

The Rawlins Splash Pad Committee met last week to review updated quotes for the proposed downtown water park that has been years in the making. Cali O’Hare attended the meeting and filed this report.

 

 

Wyoming Health Department monitoring Rawlins schools for whooping cough

Cases of whooping cough at Rawlins high school and middle school have state and local health officials on alert.

The Wyoming Health Department told Bigfoot 99 that the outbreak appears to be confined to a single family, however, officials are monitoring the schools for other infections. Emma Diercks reports.

Bolton Park closed for improvements

Bolton Park on the south side of Rawlins is closed temporarily. The closure is allowing for work that is part of a series of improvements at three different parks. Cali O’Hare has the details.

 

 

Saratoga officials working to restore town baseball fields

The Saratoga Town Council has granted the Platte Valley Little League use of one of the baseball fields on 7th Street. Council members are continuing to look for ways to completely restore both fields for future use. Emma Diercks has the story.
