Rawlins walking path will close for repairs

In Rawlins, residents are advised to proceed with caution if using the city walking path. Beginning tomorrow, the popular pathway around town will undergo repairs. Cali O’Hare has the story.

 

 

State will decide fate of wind energy project

The battle over the Little Medicine Bow Wind energy project came back before county commissioners on Tuesday. The neighboring Q Creek Ranch raised new complaints after its original concerns were addressed by the developer. Now, Carbon County commissioners have concerns of their own, so the board punted the application to the state. Emma Diercks has the story.

Old Pen visitors meet historic inmates on interactive tours

As part of the Rawlins Territory 150th Anniversary Celebration, the Wyoming Frontier Prison came alive Tuesday. Interactive tours gave visitors a taste of what life and justice at the Old Pen once was. Cali O’Hare joined one of the tours and filed this report.
