Rawlins officials hope grant will fund necessary water line projects

Officials in Rawlins are optimistic about receiving funding for some needed water line projects through a Federal Mineral Royalties Grant. The city recently submitted an application for the grant. If awarded, the funds will be paired with the $1.5 million from the water enterprise fund, allowing the City of Rawlins to complete five major water line projects. Cali O’Hare reports.
