Rawlins building fire ruled accident

In Rawlins, state and local officials completed their investigations into the cause of last week’s massive early morning fire that destroyed a storage building and its contents. The ruling is accidental. Cali O’Hare reports.

 

New community board aims at building valley hospital

As the medical clinic in Saratoga undergoes changes, a board is being established to study the potential of building a critical access hospital in the valley. Two town council members have already agreed to serve as president and vice president – Jennie Lou Garland and Will Faust – even though recruiting for other members is still ongoing. RPD joins anti-terrorism campaign

In Rawlins, police are partnering with the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security in a national campaign that encourages citizens to report suspicious activity or behavior that may be linked to terrorism. Cali O’Hare reports.
