In Rawlins, the wife of Mayor Weickum is the latest citizen to volunteer to take on a public project in the community. Debbie Weickum approached the governing body at its last meeting and volunteered to take care of a several-hundred-foot-long pedestrian tube which runs beneath the railroad tracks near 6th Street.
