Average gasoline price in Wyoming fell nearly 7 cents last week. Price at the pump at gasoline stations around the state were averaging around 3.02 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.com.
According to the technology company based in Dallas, Texas, prices were averaging more than three-cents per gallon than a month ago, and almost 20-cents lower than a year ago when Joe Biden was still in the White House.
Gasbuddy.com tracks the price of gas at stations and convenience stores across the United State and Canada. According to the company’s data, the lowest price for gasoline in Wyoming was $2.48 per gallon. The highest price was $5.29, a difference of $2.81.
The national price of gasoline has fallen nearly six cents per gallon in the last week. Nationwide, gas cost about $3.08 per gallon earlier this week. The national average is down 11.1 cents per gallon from a month ago and nine cents lower than a year ago.
Gasbuddy.com compiles data from more than 11 million weekly price reports over 150,000 gas stations.
The national average price of diesel fuel had decreased 1.3 cents per gallon over the last week and stands at $3.65 per gallon.
