Average gasoline prices in Wyoming have been edging upward over the last week. According to the weekly round-up, conducted by GasBuddy.com, the price at the pump in the Cowboy State rose 8.9 cents per gallon in the last week. The average price statewide, on Monday, was $3.06 per gallon.

Based on GasBuddy.com‘s survey of nearly 500 filling locations in the state, prices in Wyoming are 8.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 14.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

The national average price of diesel decreased 5 cents in the last week and stands at $3.558 per gallon.
