In sports, the Wyoming Cowboys are at home tonight inside the Arena Auditorium where they will host the UNLV Running Rebels.

The Rebels come into Laramie with a 2-0 conference record. Overall, Nevada Las Vegas is 10-4. Wyoming is 1 and 2 in the Mountain West after Saturday night’s 20-point loss on the road to New Mexico. Like UNLV, the Cowboys are 10-4 overall.

The Pokes are scoring 83.1 points per game for third place in the conference this season. On average, Wyoming is allowing about 72 points per game.

The Rebels are in a rebuilding year under first-year head coach Josh Pastner, after previously coaching Memphis and Georgia Tech.

Sundance Wicks sized up Pastner’s fashion preference for wearing suits.

The 2025–26 season marks a rebuilding year for UNLV, with only one returning player, Jacob Bannarbie, and 13 new additions, including eight Division I transfers and three freshmen.

Tip is set for 8 p.m. Bigfoot 99 will be on the air at 7:30 with the pregame show.
